Initial Consultation
All projects begin with a series of initial consultations. This process allows us to get a deep understanding of your unique goals while familiarizing ourselves with your space.

Design
After the consultation, we begin the design process. This is a series of back-and-forth conversations during which we present concepts, and refine based on your feedback.
- Creation of scaled 2D and 3D renderings of design concepts for your review
- Production of estimated budget
- Discussion of preliminary design
- Selections & budget proposal
- Revisions based on feedback
- Subcontractor & material bidding
- Action items: approve selections, budget, and plan
Build
Once final designs and budgets are approved, you will be presented with a contract to move forward. We align with you on a timeline based on the work scope. Then, we begin to build.
Finishing & final touches
After each phase of the build, Restor Homes reviews and makes sure lines are straight, finishing is flawless, and work is up to our (and your) standard. This ensures the highest quality end product possible.
